Kristi has over twenty years of retail experience ranging from national brand new-store roll out and shopping center development to public/private partnerships and pop-up destination retail programs. Her broad range of experience and diverse background provides a unique perspective on projects that translates to creating value for her clients. She has both a both an Undergraduate and Master’s degree in Urban Planning and has a passion for creating great places through thoughtful design and innovative ideas.

Hillary has a keen eye for intuitive design and a passion for remarkable guest experiences. Her background in service innovation and menu strategy with a national restaurant brand led to the creation of Morsel – a printed newsletter about restaurants and the hospitality industry. Morsel was a creative outlet that took a deeper dive into the trends shaping neighborhoods and the movers and shakers behind those changes. Today, this understanding informs her development of merchandising plans and strategic positioning of properties from brick and mortar to the digital realm.
